Shipping and Delivery Policy:
- There are several delivery options available within Riyadh, throughout the Kingdom, and to all cities around the world.
- Delivery time within Saudi cities ranges from 2-4 working days and outside Saudi cities from 7-15 working days.
- Order processing or fulfillment days do not include delivery/shipping days.
- The amount deducted for the policy is non-refundable and is returned to the shipping company.
- The policy is valid for 5 working days, then it expires. If the customer is late in delivering the shipment, he will bear the cost of extracting the policy again.
- In the event that the order is sent again to the customer after the return in cases of paid modification or the customer’s request to ensure that the sizes match and there are no errors, the customer bears the cost of obtaining a new policy starting from 40 riyals depending on the location and shipping company.
- Dana Al Hassan team is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage in delivering the shipment to the customer after it is handed over to the shipping company. The shipping company will be contacted with the tracking number sent.
