Exchange and Return Policy
Cases in which the return process is accepted:
- Returns or exchanges are only for ready-made items , within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Refunds or exchanges of discounted ready-made items are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The amount will be refunded if the product is not available after placing the order.
Cases in which returns are not accepted:
- There are no returns or exchanges for custom-made items, whether from the evening wear or abaya section, provided the items are free from any damage or errors in the required sizes.
Return process for ready-made parts:
- Contact us through customer service via WhatsApp. +966504118577.
- Return the item in its original condition, unused, unscented, and with all attachments and packaging included with the order.
- The returned item will be inspected by our team and ensured to be in good condition.
- The amount of the item will be refunded after approval by the inspection team.
- Refunds are for products only and do not include shipping or delivery costs.
- The amount of the (return policy) will be deducted from the total value of the refund amount, whether a shipping company or express representative service is chosen.
Modify the parts:
- Designer Dana Al Hassan's team will cover all repair and modification costs in the event that the customer's measurements are not applied to the order or there is a manufacturing defect. This includes delivery, shipping, and returning the item to the customer after modification.
- The customer is not entitled to request a free alteration of the item if the wrong size is chosen from the tables or if the sizes are registered that do not fit her.
- A paid alteration service can be requested if the customer chooses the wrong size and wishes to have the measurements altered through us. The alteration fee will be determined according to the requirements after contacting customer service at +966504118577.
- Paid modification service is available depending on the season and demand. The modification fee does not include shipping or delivery service.
